Terms of Service

By accessing or using InterviewCopilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and are responsible for making sure your use of InterviewCopilot complies with the laws, employer rules, interview policies, and professional obligations that apply to you.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account.

Your account is for your individual use only. You may not share your login, subscription, or access to the service with any other person or organization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that are used fraudulently, abusively, illegally, or in a way that creates risk for InterviewCopilot, other users, or third parties. If we determine that an account has been shared in violation of these terms, we may cancel the account immediately without a refund.

Paid features are offered on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

Pricing, billing cycles, and included features may change over time. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, and cancellations apply at the end of the active billing period.

You may not use InterviewCopilot to violate laws, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, gain unauthorized access to systems, transmit malware, or abuse the service in a way that disrupts others or creates excessive costs.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for deciding whether use of AI assistance is permitted in any interview, assessment, or workplace context.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain the same over time.

We may also impose usage limits or security controls when necessary to protect the service, our vendors, or our users.

InterviewCopilot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InterviewCopilot and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
